I just took in a new job, a 1947 Lincoln Continental that needs to be painted and put back together. Last weekend we went out to the client's house to see all the other cars he has. They are all projects that never got finished, and there's 29 of them.
He like mostly big American cars from the mid fifties. They are all nice cars that were either parked for a long time or taken apart for restoration and never finished. To make all of these roadworthy is a huge undertaking. For now, here's a peek at some of it.

How's this for a view! There's three Packards, two Chryslers, a Buick and Cadillac in this shot. |
Here's a Chrysler St. Regis, a '57 DeSoto and a '54 Cadillac. All the Chryslers and the DeSoto have Hemis. |
Another Cadillac and three Chrysler Imperials, also all with Hemis. |
This Buick is a really nice car that has just been sitting for a while |
The interior needs a good vacuuming, and that's about it. |
I really like this black and pink Chrysler, I think 1956. |
Original, unrestored interior. Still has plastic covers on the seats. | | |
There's 392 inches of Hemi power in there. And check out the air conditioning compressor, these old systems absolutely freeze the interior of the car! |
Another Chrysler Imperial, and then it gets into the imports... |
