1955 Buick

This 1955 Buick came from the 29 car collection of a good client. This particular car was purchased more than 20 years ago as a nice survivor and was parked in 2003 when the motor started making an unhealthy noise. Cut to 2012 and the car is shipped to us, we did what we needed to get it running again and sure enought there was a top end noise in the motor. We soon found a bent pushrod, a bent valve and a broken rocker arm. After further inspection we found nothing else wrong with the motor to we buttoned it all up and took her for a spin. What a nice runner! The client was so hapy to have it back he asked us to repaint the roof, polish the rest of the paint and install some new witewall tires. It turned out great and he has been driving the heck out of the car.
This is a striking color combination and it's a great example of a largely original car.

After some gentle massaging we got everything to work again, even the power antenna!

That's original lacquer paint on the hood.

Nice!
